The first Peanuts stirp debuted on this day, October 2, in 1950! The comic was featured in seven newspapers nationwide, including the Minneapolis Tribune. It featured a group of 3-5 year-old characters, inspired by creator Charles Schulz’s own childhood in the twin cities. You can catch Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang on The Carson Center stage December 8 for A Charlie Brown Christmas! Hear the timeless music of Vine Guaraldi as this Christmas classic comes to life in this new touring production that is a Christmas present that the whole family can enjoy! Thank you to everyone who participated in our costume contest at last night's performance of Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse! We had some incredible superheroes show out and can announce that a winner has been awarded! Here are just a few of the amazing characters who came in their superhero best.

The Voice finalists Casi Joy and opener Dylan Gerard will perform country classics and brand-new honky tonk tunes to complement your beer and bourbon tastings.
