Arrival

Please arrive 30-45 minutes before showtime as shown on your ticket. . This allows you plenty of time to park, enjoy concessions, access restrooms, chat with other patrons, and find your seats. Have your ticket ready when you enter, or proceed to the Box Office Door past the lobby doors to pick up your will-call tickets. Late seating may or may not be allowed based on show requirements.

Ushers and volunteers are stationed at theater entrances to help direct you to your seats and answer any questions you may have.

Belongings

Small items such as purses and small bags are allowed inside the theater.   Large bags or backpacks are not allowed. Bags of all sizes are subject to being searched. Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited. Concessions are available for purchase; please do not bring outside food or drinks to the theatre. 

Concessions

The Carson Center offers a variety of concessions at all events, including wine, beer, specialty cocktails, and snacks starting 1 hour before curtain and during intermission.

Dress Code

We encourage you to wear what makes YOU feel most comfortable. However, please be mindful of other patrons when choosing hats or headwear that may block the view of those behind you. Masks are recommended but not required.

Showtime

Please remember to silence your cell phone or other electronic devices once inside the theater. Keep these devices put away to avoid distracting other patrons with lights or noise. Also, many shows strictly prohibit filming and the taking of photos.

Broadway shows typically run between 2 and 3 hours with an intermission. Concerts and comedy shows are generally about 90 minutes in length.
