The Carson Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the promotion of Sara Crabtree to Director of Operations & Production.

Many patrons first came to know Sara as the welcoming face of The Carson Center Box Office. Since joining the organization in 2019, however, her role has grown far beyond ticketing. Through her leadership, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Sara has become an integral member of The Carson Center's leadership team, helping ensure the success of performances, events, and community initiatives across the organization.

In her new role, Sara will oversee the planning and execution of production and operational functions throughout the organization. She will lead the teams responsible for bringing performances, events, and community gatherings to life while continuing to strengthen the collaborative culture that defines The Carson Center.

Sara brings more than 15 years of experience in performing arts administration and production to this position. Her background includes production management, stage management, front of house operations, box office leadership, marketing, fundraising, and event planning, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the many disciplines required to deliver exceptional experiences for artists, patrons, clients, and the community.

"One of the greatest responsibilities of leadership is recognizing and investing in people who make an organization stronger," said Brian Wilson, Executive Director. "Sara has earned this promotion through years of dedication, exceptional performance, and a genuine commitment to serving our artists, patrons, and community. She leads with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, and I couldn't be more pleased to welcome her into this expanded leadership role."

Crabtree's promotion reflects The Carson Center's continued commitment to developing strong leaders from within the organization and investing in the people who help fulfill its mission of enriching the region through the performing arts.

Please join us in congratulating Sara on this well-deserved promotion and wishing her continued success in her new role.
