Paducah, KY — The Carson Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the appointment of Erika Finley as its new Director of Programming and Booking. In this role, Finley will lead the Carson Center’s programming strategy, oversee artist engagement and booking, and help shape a dynamic and sustainable season that reflects both the artistic mission and the community the Center serves.

Finley brings nearly a decade of experience in the live entertainment industry, working closely with artists, agents, and venues across the country. Her background includes artist contract and deal negotiation, coordinating national tours, collaborating with presenting organizations to develop programming that balances artistic excellence, audience engagement, and financial stewardship, artist roster and season development and cultivation, and experience selling, buying, and marketing/promoting performing artists, as well as curating world class artistic entertainment for audiences across the United States.

A Kentucky native, Finley brings both professional expertise and a personal commitment to strengthening access to live performance in the region. Her experience spans a wide range of genres and performance formats, and she has built strong relationships throughout the industry while maintaining a deep appreciation for the role performing arts centers play in leading community life.

Finley will work closely with artists, agents, and community partners to develop future seasons while ensuring the Carson Center remains a welcoming and vibrant cultural anchor for Paducah and the surrounding region.

Finley will begin her role on February 16, 2026.
