Refund Policy

The Carson Center has a no refund, no exchange policy. 

In the event your performance is CANCELLED, you have the following options:
1) A credit to be used for a future show in the entire amount of your purchase
2) A tax-deductible donation to The Carson Center, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization
3) A refund back to the original method of purchase (minus all processing and convenience fees*).  Refunds processed back to the original payment method could take up to eight weeks for processing.  We appreciate your patience during this time.

In the event your performance is POSTPONED AND RESCHEDULED your tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date.  If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you have the following options:
1) A credit to be used for a future show in the entire amount of your purchase
2) A tax-deductible donation to The Carson Center, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization
3) You may gift or sell (as allowed by KY State law) your tickets to another individual
 

*The convenience and processing fees cover the cost of processing a transaction at the time of sale. They are then passed along to the vendors that allow us to take orders remotely.  Those fees are waived with a cash or check payment at the box office.
