Memorial Gifts

What is a Memorial Gift?

A Memorial Gift is a contribution to the Carson Center made as a tribute to a person who has passed away.  Such gifts honor a life well lived - and greatly benefit the Carson Center.

How do you make a Memorial Gift?

Mail a contribution to the Carson Center, noting that it is a Memorial Gift.  Provide the name of the person you are honoring, and name and address of the closest surviving family member.  The Carson Center will send a personal letter notifying the family of your gift made as a tribute to the deceased.  Consider Memorial Gifts in your own family.  You can suggest Memorial Gifts in an obituary with wording such as "Tributes or expressions of sympathy may take the form of a contribution in memory of (name of person) to the Carson Center, 100 Kentucky Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky 42003.

Honorary Gifts

Celebrate a birthday, anniversary, graduation, holiday, retirement, or any special occasion with an Honorary Gift to the Carson Center honoring your friend, family member, teacher, minister, or co-worker.  The Carson Center will send a personal letter to your honoree telling this special person thatyou have made a thoughtful gift in their name.
