The Carson Center serves the region as a multiple-purpose performing arts center in historic downtown Paducah. These prestigious new societies honor patrons who invest in the future of their performings arts center by giving to the Endowment. The return on investment will sustain the Carson Center for generations to come - making the nation's best performing artists accessible to the four rivers region, educating our children, and providing an unparalleled quality of life. The Encore Society recognizes patrons who give cash, stock, or other assets, or make irrevocable planned gifts.The Legacy Society recognized patrons who name the Carson Center as a beneficiary in a will, or other planned giving instrument. People of all ages and incomes can make gifts to the Endowment and enjoy the distinction of belonging to the Encore Society or Legacy Society. Gifts are cumulative - making it possible to start giving now with further recognition as giving continues.
Cumulative giving can place your name on the Encore Wall inside the Carson Center. Anyone can belong to one of the societies honor Endowment giving.

This facility opened in 2004 and this is the time for action, to "set the stage" for audiences of the future.

2. Consult your financial advisor about the giving option best for you (cash or securities, a bequest in your will, life insurance, trusts, or other options.)
3. Give to the Endowment with a gift or series of gifts. Cumulative giving makes it possible to reach the higher levels of Encore Society recognition over time.
4. Please be mindful that the Carson Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. All gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law. Giving can provide you with tax savings.

The Encore and Legacy Societies were established in 2005 to increase the Endowment. They do not include gifts to previous capital and endowment campaigns, annual giving (Memberships, Sponsorships, Fundraising Events), or the Name-a-Seat program. Donors may choose to remain anonymous.
