Vine and Dine

Vine & Dine is an updated, fresh. socially distanced, CDC-compliant approach to The Carson Center's popular Vintner's Dinner, a dinner party fundraising event for The Carson Center. DOE's Eat Place (a favorite dining destination in downtown Paducah) is catering this event for the first time! The DOE's team will cater a multi-course dinner with carefully selected courses perfectly paired with five Australian wines from Cutting Edge Selections' international repertoire of respected winemakers. Links to information sheets on the wines are provided below.  The combination of food and wine together with the aromas, flavors, complexities, enhanced by socially gathering (safely) at your Carson Center make this a truly special experience. This unique dinner, sponsored by Wagner Wine and Spirits, is further complemented by another first – live music by Ted Borodofsky. Ted, one of the founders of The Carson Center will play swinging jazz: the perfect backdrop for your evening!

We are pleased to offer two nights of Vine & Dine – August 27 and August 28 – with the same menu, music, and wines both nights. And – the same beautiful view from our Myre River Room. Seating is limited to 50 people each night. Early Bird Price: $165 per person available through July 31. $185 per person in August. Seating can be purchased as a Table for 2, 6, or 8 people.
