Children and adults of all ages will enjoy this live musical, which features a cast and crew of local children and youth from the Carson Center Summer Musical Theatre Camp.  The production is the Missoula Children’s Theatre’s adaptation of the classic children’s story.  These performances are the culmination of the Summer Theatre Camp, led by actors from Missoula Children’s Theatre.  These performances provide a wonderful opportunity to introduce your children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews to live theatre.  This experience can inspire a child to enroll in a theatre camp in the future. Many adults come without children to support the cast and enjoy a delightful production.

If you are interested in enrolling a child or young person in the Hansel & Gretel Summer Musical Theatre Camp July 9-13, please register soon. Space is limited. Registration is first come-first served.  The camp is for:  children entering 1st through 12th grade this fall, including those who have never taken theatre classes as well as those with experience and training.  The camp provides a fun, challenging opportunity to learn the lessons of group dynamics while excelling as an individual—a lesson from art that carries into life.  Each registered student will have a role in Hansel & Gretel – with roles determined by audition and age.  Camp activities, which will take place during the daytime at the Carson Center, include auditions, rehearsals, and theater arts classes.  A non-refundable fee of $65 covers activities, classes, and materials.
