DAY OF SHOW INSTRUCTIONS

Review the Theatre Etiquette guidelines with all students before arriving at the Center.

• The Carson Center would like to ask that all students wear proper attire and wear jackets for cold weather and rain.

• Accessible Seating is available, however, you MUST put this on your reservation form or call ahead to inform us so we will be prepared to accommodate your group.

• Upon arrival at The Carson Center, make sure the teacher with the Voucher is the first in line and checks in with the Staff and Ushers.

• Ask all students and teachers to discard gum and candy BEFORE entering the Theatre!

• The Carson Center has assigned seating for your group. This assignment was based on the day your reservation was received, available seating space, and any special arrangements made.

• An usher will escort you into the Theatre to your seats.Wait until your ENTIRE group has been seated before visiting the restrooms.  You may take one classroom or one row at a time. You will need to do this QUICKLY.

• Remain seated after the show until your school or group has been dismissed.Please do not linger after the show to use the restrooms.

• If you must use them prior to loading the busses, then do it as QUICKLY and QUIETLY as possible!
